「The water was coming out from the shower all over the floor. We had to set towels down. Besides that, everything was clean and easy.」

「I stayed at this to visit El Tajin. Cost is reasonable considering the quality of the room. The room at pool side is little bit uncomfortable with sound.. But the room itself is very clean. And to the center of the town it takes 5minutes by taxi. 」

「It was not what I expect」

「I am unable to explain how my stay was because we had a reservation, and the people in charge of the hospitality did not have the decency to let us know that it was already rented for other people. Since the beginning, this was a problem because I was unable to find the location anyways on the GPS, and this ended up being one of the worst outcomes during my usage of Hotel.com. They should review what is available and unavailable so that this does not happen again to other future possible...
