「The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...

「Fantastic place! Everything as advertised. 」

「Wonderful stay! Host was amazing. Thank you!」

「Wonderful stay for our time in Cooperstown. Pool was great for kids. 8 min drive to town and 10 to dreams park」

「While visiting Cooperstown for Baseball Hall of Fame induction ceremony we stayed at Abel’s Acres. The house was huge, clean, comfortable and the perfect setting for relaxing in evenings! Giant kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking. Quiet area for enjoying nature and star gazing. Perfect place for family gatherings.」

「Very clean and enough room for my family.」

「Beautiful, spacious home in a perfect location! 」

「Beautiful cabin, very accurate to the description, very clean and it’s on a beautiful lake. Would definitely recommend!」

「Solid property that is close to Dreams Park and dining options. Host was responsive to our needs. Only issue was that the windows weren't acoustically sound and we could hear traffic at all hours of the night. Otherwise it was a perfect fit for us.」

「The house was well maintained, clean, convenient and newly renovated. A great experience. 」

「We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome.」

「Perfect pet friendly host for our Cooperstown Village experience. We had a great week!」
