"初めての喜界島旅行で、友人家族と2家族（大人3人・子供4人）で宿泊しました。夜のフェリー到着で辿り着けるか不安でしたが、オーナーさんが県道近くで待っていてくださり、温かいご配慮に安心しました。お部屋は古民家の趣と快適さが両立しており、着いた瞬間に子どもたちから「わぁ！」と歓声が上がりました。おしゃれなキッチンやみんなで囲める食卓、クーラー付きの和室もあり、快適に過ごせました。シャンプーやボディソープにもこだわりを感じられます。冷蔵庫・炊飯器・電子レンジ・食器類など設備が整っているので、近くのスーパーで買い出ししてみんなで料理を楽しむこともできました。子連れ旅行にも安心しておすすめできるお宿です。また喜界島を訪れる際は、ぜひお世話になりたいと思います。本当にありがとうございました！"

"外観はノスタルジックですが、キッチンやバス·トイレは最新設備が整っていますし、洗剤類(キッチン·洗濯·ボディ用)は数も種類もたくさん揃えられています。エアコンも高性能で、快適に過ごせます。 "山の中"らしい不便さとしては、今のご時世必須の電波が弱くかつ不安定なこと。テキストの送受信はほぼ問題なくできましたが、音声通話と写真は難あり。動画は無理でした。テレビもありますが、衛星放送のみ(かつ、NHKの契約のご案内が出る)です。宿の案内にもありますが、タオル類は少しくたびれ感がありました。いちばん不便だったのは、宿泊者が使えるクローゼットが無いこと。ハンガーも少ない(吊るすところもない)ので、衣装持ちの長期滞在の方には大変かも。このようなちょっとした不自由さはありますが、ホストご夫妻のおもてなしの心遣いが本当に温かくありがたいです。お米(すごく美味しい)や卵を入れておいてくださったり、手作りのジュースや果物のコンポート、地の蓬餅などを「田舎のもので…」と謙遜しながらご馳走してくださるのが本当に美味しくて、身体の底から元気になりました。"

"Stayed here while diving with a shop in Setouchi. Loved it. Out of town and on the beach so very quiet and pretty. The staff is super friendly. The breakfasts are tasty and huge. The rooms are basic but more than adequate. But I can't imagine staying here without a car to get into town to eat, etc."
