「El servicio de la recepción excelente. El lugar es precioso, las camas cómodas. Es el único hotel en España con buen aire acondicionado. Es para llegar temprano y disfrutarlo. Nosotros Llegamos tarde y agotados y teníamos que esperar dos horas para poder cenar en el restaurante. Comimos en la cafetería y mi esposo ya había terminado de comer cuando me sirvieron a mí. Por la mañana pedimos café a la habitación y se tardaron más de una hora en llevarlo.」

「The location next a very nice beach was its best feature. However, we were put into a room in a building that was not attached to the hotel proper rather than in a room in the actual hotel. But the staff was very responsive to our requests for a small refridgerator. And the beach was very nice. All in all, a nice stay.」

「Die Lage ist fantastisch, wunderschön gelegen am Fluss mit vielen lauschigen Nischen zum Relaxen. Wir hatten ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer im Haupthaus mit Balkon, doch es gab leider nur einen großen Nachteil: Es stank die ganze Zeit nach Abwasser, da direkt neben dem Haus das Abwasser in den Fluß geleitet wird. Außerdem ist das Haupthaus sehr hellhörig und man hört jeden Schritt und jedes Geräusch vom Zimner darüber. Ansonsten eine tolle Anlage und sehr empfehlenswert.」

「This is NOT a 4 star boutique hotel. It lacks the maintenance and minimum standards to be a 4 star hotel. The hotel is humid and smells like mold. Our room had a nice amount of spiders and flies in it. We were given a plastic Flyswatter to kill them. There’s no ACs in the rooms, which means even if the air cools down to 26C your room will be very humid. The bathroom and toiletries were very nice, the bed was comfortable. The hotel claims to have working space in the rooms, which is not the case....

「They advertise the property with several pictures of the pool, only to charge for the use of it. Should be included in the room rate.」

「WiFi was spotty, parking was great. Fan/light kept turning on and off during the night. Walls paper thin and could hear every word of the neighbors. No restaurant on site like indicated. You’ll need to make reservations if you want to eat somewhere after 8pm in town.」
