「Schöne Apartments 」

「The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. 」

「El checkin en la web de hoteles pone que es a las 14h, y cuando llegamos a las 14h al hotel, no solo el checkin resultaba ser a las 15h, sino que al ser autocheckin debían enviarte un código para abrir la puerta (habiéndose puesto en contacto contigo previamente), y eso no ocurrió. Nosotros llegamos y NADIE se puso en contacto con nosotros, tuvimos que ser nosotros quienes lo hicieran con llamadas a hoteles y a la dueña del hotel. 「The flat is spotless and has everything you need, the location is 10 min to both city center and the station, the owner is extremely helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.」

「A "special" on-line check in was required, because this is an apartment without a "front desk." This had to be done before a code and location for a key pickup was disclosed. I understand the process now, but the on-line check in is not easy and may not be possible on a hand held device with potentially questionable connectivity. I managed, and it all turned out, but the process should be disclosed during booking and not just a day before.」
