We had to wait for several hours for him to make other arrangements. When he found a place for us we had to drive another 40 minutes to get there. We could only stay in this apartment part of our stay and then we had to stay at a different place. We didn’t get the accommodations we were promised. "Es gab keinen Kontakt direkt zum Gastgeber, nur zu Mitarbeitern von Campaya, das macht es sehr unpersönlich.Mir wurde eine sofortige Stornierung angedroht und Einbehaltung der ersten Rate, weil die 2. Rate nicht sofort ankam, wegen eines Fehlers, der nicht bei mir lag.Campaya ist nur bis 15h erreichbar, schreibt aber selbst Nachrichten nach dieser Zeit, ohne dass man als Kunde darauf zeitnah reagieren kann.Im Haus gab es entscheidende Mängel: undichte Fenster, was sehr hohe Energiekosten...

"Fint lille hus med super udsigt. Desværre var der problemer med nøgleboksen ved ankomsten og også ved afrejse. Svært at få fat i hjælp, da alle oplyste numre var uden for åbningstid. Huset var ikke gjort rent, og der kom først rengøringsfolk, om aftenen inden afrejsen. Betaling for forbrug var heller ikke gnidningsfrit. "
