「The property was very poorly maintained and not at all as described. We didn't receive any check in details, and upon calling the host, they had to first verify if the booking was even confirmed. Upon the reaching the property, the ground floor (which the listing mentioned) was already occupied, so we were given the second floor instead. That didn't look anything like the pictures.
