「Great staff, Great location」

「On arrival, I was charged the deposit twice and had to explain that for a considerable amount of time before the error was corrected. The room had a strong damp smell with a dehumidifier in the room running constantly as a way to try and combat that - it was full on arrival and very noisy when running and constantly I emptied it. The kitchen was so old that I thought,it looked quite dangerous to use it, and had a really random assortment of utensils, cookware and cutlery that you couldn’t of...

「Don’t stay here. Staff was unhelpful and the amenities were less than minimum. The rooms, furniture and everything was so outdated in the room. Just felt completely unclean and gross from top to bottom. Additionally check in is at 4 and checkout at 10 so just really not worth the money. I called for an early check in at 11 am and they wouldn’t budge to even try to accommodate but there’s no way they were “too busy” to try to at least give an hour early of a checkout. I feel duped by the rating...

「The first room I was assigned was infested with roaches, which forced me to request a room change. Unfortunately, the housekeeping in the second room was also disappointing. The staff did the bare minimum, and the room looked almost exactly the same afterward. Overall, the cleanliness and room conditions were unacceptable.」

「))))))))))))))」

「The bed was nice and cozy, AC worked great. Loved the products in the restroom, the staff were really nice too. Hoping to come back with a longer stay in the future.」

「The room was great more than I expected and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful when we had room key issues.」

「The people were the best part of this stay. They deserve so much credit. They need to spend some money and update this hotel. The outside door to our balcony would not lock. The place looks dated and parking situation is less to be desired. But there were good people who made the stay more palatable. The staff gets the 4 stars. Double Tree needs to do better for the staff and the guest.」

「Room was not cleaned it took a hour to check in even though I already paid, the door on the balcony completely fell off when we opened the door, a roach was crawling on the pillows we had to ask for soaps there was nothing in the room towels were dirty and stained」

「,nnn」

「Did not appreciate the elevators being out of service, Being senior citizens this was hard on us being on the 4th floor. Also getting a n9tice that we had to pay a parking fee. We paid it and when we returned to the hotel the staff said there was nothing they could do about it. No one informed us on check in to ignore these parking stubs. Jesse took the stub wrote outr phone number on it and sadi someone woould call. The net morning checking out the staff said knew nothing about the stub...

「Everybody was nice and friendly, very helpful!」
