「Beautiful view!」

「Very out of the way remote stay, extremely small accommodations, the bed is a converted couch, although clean, air conditioning keeps the room a little cool, the road in is not for the faint hearted, not easy to say the least, property is very old, bathroom light is a pull chain, property says breakfast included, that means you get cereal and milk in your refrigerator, not a sit down meal like all other places! The bed only has a sheet to sleep on, no blankets, and bring extra toilet paper,...

「We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!」

「A perfect property to stay out of the way with a great view. The breeze kept the apartment comfortable the whole week, without needing fans or AC. It seems like miles away from everything, but it was only a 10 to 20 minute ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Cane bay beach was a perfect, close getaway. The directions provided by the host were spot on. We found that putting “Concordia Ridge Neighborhood”(Christensted) into Google maps got us back home easily. King size bed was comfortable as was...

「Definitely a great place to stay in St Croix if you are looking for a rental!!! David was so helpful and efficient on answering questions in a very timely manner!!」

「Everything was clean and comfortable. The beach that was walking distance was quite nice to hang out at. Our hosts were attentive and responsive. The area was quiet, scenic and a easy drive to restaurants and other beaches.」

「All good」

「This place had everything!! I could of just packed clothes because the rest was there! Listing was just as pictured- simply beautiful. I had to reach out to the property manager for something-not only was it VERY late at night, but he responded within 2 minutes!! I definitely recommend staying with Jason at any of his properties. I look forward to future rentals!! 」

「Good price」

「The location was great, Entering the shower was a bit high , can be a risk, there are stairs to get to the unit but otherwise I thought it was a relaxing experience. Thank you 🙏」

「stayed 11 days Feb '26. This is a condo complex. Upon arrival the complex appears dated/tired and the grass was tall. A crew did show to get the landscaping back into shape. Located off a main road and centrally located. Can get to most parts of the island within a 35 minute drive. 5 minutes down the street is a grocery store, another 5 minutes to popular La Reine Chicken Shack. Laundry building is adequate, everything worked, needs paint. The pool water was clean and usable. The stairs,...

「Russ is great!」

「What an absolutely beautiful view and great location on the Island. Communication was amazing. Hosts informed us of the exterior upgrades which were not an issue. This place is so well thought out and conveniently stocked. We appreciated having the beach, chairs and ice chest. Everything was clean and in good shape. We wanted to explore the Island and found this location to be right in the middle of everything. I hope to stay here again someday. 」

「Clean, AC, friendly and responsive staff.」
