"We had a wonderful 9-day stay at Linda's Holualoa Garden Studio. It's set up the hill from all Kona's tourist activity and offers a lush garden experience. The space itself was fully functional and very clean, with use of beach equipment (inc. a great umbrella, a boogie board and coolers). Linda's location allowed us very easy access to stellar snorkeling and good swimming beaches all recommended by her. We visited Hilo and Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park and Kohala on two longer drives.Linda was also a great resource for local history, places to eat and markets for fresh fruits: we especially enjoyed Umeke's and rarely ate in. We loved eating fresh papaya, tasty apple bananas and coffee from local markets before heading out on daily explorations. We both highly recommend Linda's garden studio for a fun and relaxing visit on Hawai’i Island and definitely want to stay there again! "

"Great location in the Kona coffee area, with nearby attractions, such as fruit farms and coffee, plantations and Artist retreats.clean and quiet unless you think the crickets and rooster crows breaks the dead silence. Ruth the owner very hospitable and goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable."

"Great stay, we enjoyed it. Stayed here for the last 2 nights of our Hawaii trip, and it worked out well. Beautiful sunset view. Road leading to house is a little steep and rough, but no big deal, host provided detailed directions complete with pictures that really helped us. If you are scared of dogs, be aware there is a dog that "greets" you with an intimidating bark, but he is actually quite a sweetheart and we love dogs so wasn't a problem, just a surprise. Appreciated the use of dryer to dry our swim gear before packing up. House had everything we needed. Good communication from host. Thanks for a great stay!"
