「This duplex is old and run down. The upper floor was fine. It did have a smell of an older house, and definitely needs new carpets, but it’s clean and was doable to us for a cheap price! Bedding and towels were new and clean.The lower unit is a different story. While it appeared relatively clean, the smell was so strong we didn’t use it.
