"This was a lovely property with many amenities such as the spa, fitness center, shuttle, restaurant within walking distance to the galleries, shops and restaurants however some of the rooms felt old and dark. The staff was very accommodating when my first room had an old carpet odor. Our second room was much better. My friend also had to change her first location. Fortunately the staff was so helpful and understanding. "

"The resort was impeccably clean throughout, and our Deluxe King room was spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the Sandia Mountains. We dined exclusively at the Council Room for all our meals during the stay. The food was consistently delicious, and while the service was a bit on the slower side, our orders were always accurate and the staff was friendly. "Everything about this hotel was lovely except for the noise. I could everyone in the hallway outside my room and the air vent in my room was very loud. Also, I had the do not disturb tag on my door and had housekeeping knock not once , but twice to confirm I was leaving at noon. Point of contention with a lot of hotels who send housekeeping to clean rooms before guests have even checked. "
