"The room was lovely with great views from the balcony. The shower was not in the best of conditions, but it worked which was the main thing. The staff were helpful and enthusiastic. The one downside were the pillows - they were genuinely the most uncomfortable things any of us had ever put our heads on! We tried each pillow - hoping they'd be better than the others - but it was honestly like trying to sleep with our heads on bags of cement powder -they just had no softness or 'give' in them at all and after 2 days we had sore necks/shoulders. It's a shame, as the rest of the stay was great."

"The Iris boutique hotel is across the street from lagoon, making it a convenient location to walk along the water. You can also walk to restaurants in about 30 minutes. We spent one night and had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Everyone who worked at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Our dinner was slow due to the understaffed kitchen, but the food was fine once it came. The restaurant also has a nice view of the sunset in the water."

"Good infrastructure. Housekeeping staff performance below standard. Towels were never replenished in one week stay. Floor mat was not even picked up. Tea and coffee was not replenished. Had to call housekeeping every night. Breakfast sausage was raw every morning. Nice location. "
