「It is a beautiful property. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and communicated promptly with me. We enjoyed the firepit with free wood and the beautiful lake. Note that there is only ONE bathroom and the 3rd bedroom is in the basement and is not a room. The wifi was out the entire time we were there but we were told it was not the homeowners fault. Also note that there is a significant security deposit, more than I've experienced before, that I didn't know about...

「Very nice. The women that stayed with me thought they needed newer bedding sheets etc. A more if a womans touch. I was ok with the decore. The only thing I would do is refresh with some new paint. Otherwise very nice. Maxx did a great job with details on checkin .I will be back Thanks John Slack.」

「We were there for a Llama show. It was a nice area to be in with the restaurants being below where we were staying. Nice historic area. Some nice shopping even though I didn’t get to go in the stores. Only draw back, the walls are a little thin so we could hear the bar next door across the street.」

「Hotel is currently undergoing a renovation. My room (321) was newly refurbished. It was nice. Shower was great! It had good water pressure and a shower head. 」

「Wonderful Roscoe experience. Only downside, a bit noisy, other guests were quiet, but there is a surprising amount of truck noise from street and highway. Just bring ear plugs.」

「Easy to get to, convenient location off the highway. Staff was kind. Clean location」

「The bed had a dip in it, was very low to the ground and I had to double up the cover to sleep on to make the bed a little softer. The blanket in the closet was not really a blanket, but another cover that would not have been comfortable to use for a blanket. Check out took a little too long, but the service person did figure out the issue. 」

「Everything wonderful. I couldnt drive after an eye procedure that finished early, and staff allowed me to check in an hour early so I could lay down and recover. Food close by, room immaculate, quiet and close to interstate. Would stay here again!」
