「The room was used when we arrived. Poo in toilet/bed not made & nothing cleaned from prior guest. Had to wait 45 minutes for the cleaner to arrive to clean it in over 35 degree heat & wait for it to be minimally cleaned. I was told we would receive a refund & have the room free of charge & have not received funds back.」

「The room was new, comfortable and spotless. Bedding is flat and firm which I like but some like less. Entry door is little 'gappy' and could benefit from draught proofing. Be aware that this is a very basic country hotel motel. There is no landscaping - just gravel like a trucking yard. There can be noisy revelers but I was untroubled. Staff friendly and efficient (the bottleshop does service as 'hotel reception')」
