The room was new, comfortable and spotless. Bedding is flat and firm which I like but some like less. Entry door is little 'gappy' and could benefit from draught proofing. Be aware that this is a very basic country hotel motel. There is no landscaping - just gravel like a trucking yard. There can be noisy revelers but I was untroubled. Staff friendly and efficient (the bottleshop does service as 'hotel reception')

We didn’t stay, we had to cancel because Covid. I went onto Wotif and canceled a few days before the booking (Xmas 2020). Got a message back that Wotif were snowed under processing cancellations (because of Sydney outbreak). On day the of the booking I got a call from old mate at the brolga asking where we were. He had not received the cancellation. He said “no worries” he totally understood. Hence my five star review.
