「Area and staff very nice, room was rather warm but this according to staff to be upgraded in a few months. the breakfast was ok, was unable to use spa or pool as closed for renewal」

「Returning customer as i like this hotel and convenient for my purposes. However on this occasion there were noisy next room residents late at nught and this was followed by staff stacking bottles and crates almost underneath my room or so it seemed - then 2 other loud crash noises some time after midnight - a disturbed nights sleep - hope for better next visit.」

「Peaceful Family Stay in Nature We really enjoyed our stay at EuroParcs Ruinen as a family of three (two adults and one child). The park is quiet, clean, and surrounded by beautiful nature — perfect for a peaceful break from city life. Our accommodation was modern and comfortable, with very good internet, which was a nice surprise in such a natural setting. The staff was friendly, and everything was easy to navigate.
