My red flag is that they should have breakfast included with the price and not as an extra. But also there were fruit flies flying around the bread but whatever there are starving children that would be grateful otherwise. I’m a simple customer and I make the best out all my experiences. The neighborhood around is beautiful. It’s convenient that the location is midpoint between Amsterdam and Zandvoort beach. The shower was good and I slept like a newborn. Staff were sweethearts though. My only thing is that for a family of four with two kids, expect to pay 45 euro extra, that’s two buffets and two continental breakfasts. Also don’t use the toilet downstairs if you have to go number 2, it’s clogged. I would stay again if the price is right and breakfast is actually included and not extra.

My stay was underwhelming. Nothing was terrible, but the hotel felt run down, with no obvious signs of recent renovation. The biggest frustration was late-night access. After a certain hour, we had to ring the buzzer and wait outside for at least 10 minutes each time, and the staff who eventually answered were not particularly friendly. The room had small issues too. The bathroom was out of paper towels, and we were told the hotel had simply run out. Complimentary drinks were a nice touch, but at over $600 a night, I expected more. Housekeeping was also difficult to arrange. On the first day, we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door in the morning, but when we requested service after 3 p.m., we were told nobody was available. The same thing happened the next day. The location is excellent, but the overall experience didn't justify the price.

Staff helpful. Twas a solid price point for the timeframe but the room was not well cleaned. Shelving in bathroom falling apart. But the main complaint was the fact that you couldn’t open any windows other than a slight crack at the top. It wasn’t even that hot outside during my stay but the room temperature was unbearable, absolutely no airflow/ventilation.
