「Adorable place. We stopped here the night before our flight out of the Amsterdam airport and it was perfect! They had a great restaurant and the area was nice and peaceful and relaxing. 」

「Beautifuly decorated and comfy beds. Directly on the lake and friendly staff. Bring a gas cooker or one use bbq type thing for your meals or there are Restaurants or I saw a family with take away pizza. A little fridge, cutlery, plates and bowls supplied. Soft, fluffy towels, washing up things too. Supermarket 5 mins away. One needs to be used to being self-sufficient and down to earth. Fresh water tap around the corner, showers and toilets shared and regularly cleaned. Beautiful and peaceful....

「Our stay was great, fell in love with the town of Abcoude ( short drive or train to Amsterdam ) apartment was fine but description of rooms and bathrooms doesn’t match. It has two bedrooms ( not 3 as it is stated) and 1 toilet, two showers and 1 bathtub. It is described as two toilets and two showers. Great location in the middle of town with restaurants and supermarket close by. Fairly clean , just a few cowwebs in corners and under beds. Extremely steep staircase . Overall, a great place 」

「“GEZELLIG” as the Dutch say. This cottage is situated on the Hein River nestled between two quaint villages, Abcoude and Vesp. Its idyllic. Great for cycling. Two properties down the road, you can buy farm fresh cheese, milk, and yogurt. The scenery is so Dutch! Windmills, sheep, cows, and blooming sunflowers. 」
