「Ich hatte dieses haustierfreie Ferienhaus mit Whirlpool und Sauna gebucht, um ein paar entspannte Wellness-Tage in Ruhe zu genießen. Bei der Ankunft wurde schnell klar, dass der Whirlpool nicht funktionierte und das Ferienhaus eindeutig für Hundebesitzer konzipiert war. Die Hundehaare auf dem Bett bestätigten dies. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Rezeption, Kundendienst und Dormio stellte sich heraus, dass Belvilla die volle Verantwortung für die Mängel übernahm. Belvilla bearbeitet unsere Beschwerde...

「Ruime kamer met toilet, douche en keuken. Wel aan een drukke weg maar niet echt last van gehad. Parkeren in de parkeergarage is prima en op loopafstand van de grote markt. Prima locatie voor een weekendje weg.」

「We had a great apartment, clean, large and well equipped, with good decor. The bed was big and very comfortable. The location is great it's very easy to access the centre of Groningen with a short walk. My only criticism would be that it was very hot and it was hard to cool the room down. That said we were there during very hot weather. But all in all, a great place to stay.」

「Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr gepflegt. Schön gemütlich eingerichtet und eine tolle Lage mit ebenfalls sehr schönem Aussenbereich. Auch die besonders gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist erwähnenswert. So durften wir zB schon etwas vor dem eigentlichen Check-in ins Haus, alles sehr unkompliziert und nett. 」

「Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund dort und sind 14 Tage geblieben. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Häuschen ist klein, aber mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Es liegt wunderschön an einem kleinen Teich und auf der anderen Seite an der Ems. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hat uns mit allem auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Wir haben rundherum tolle Ausflüge gemacht und kommen gerne wieder. 」
