"Room was disgusting, cleanliness poor, the bed springs were broken, air conditioner dripping on my son’s bed so had to pull out from the wall, hair in the bathroom, cabinets rotted, the list goes on. The photos on Expedia don’t represent the property. I believe that there is an updated section which is better however not available in a family room for 4. The only upside of this stay was the restaurant and the restaurant manager was kind and accommodating. "

"Very friendly and helpful staff made us feel like family. Hot spring water baths on the premises ranging from warm to very hot. The water comes up from 900 metres deep straight into the baths. Both indoor baths and and outdoor. "

"Staff were friendly, not meaning to sound like a complainer but even as a non smoker the place reeked of cigarette. Guess when manager stands a door away from your room having a smoke that’ll do it too. Rooms clean and tidy. "
