「Air was off in the room when I arrived with a heat index of 100+F. It took 2 hours to get the temperature down enough to sleep. The ac unit was loud and very dirty and ran non-stop all night. Very old everything. No elevator. Stairs hadn’t been vacuumed in who knows how long.」

「To start, there was no sign origh5s to indicate you'd located the hotel. We drove past it several times before finding it The room was large & the bed was very comfortable. If that's all you're looking for, then this should be your choice. But, if you're looking for even a little more, look elsewhere. The showerhead & shower was horrible. The towels were beyond thin; non-absorbent & the bath towel was the size of a hand towel. The "amenities" were 2 tiny bars of soap. That was it. No shampoo,...

「We checked in at the office on 6/25, but did not go to the room for 6 days because we were staying with family in town. The room was filthy. I got cleaning supplies from the office and attempted to clean it but it was still disgusting. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived and there was hair in the shower from the previous occupants. The room had a refrigerator that was not working and had mold inside. When I opened the door the smell was horrid. The air conditioner blew cool air...

「The shower curtain rod was very loosely attached to the walls. This caused the rod to droop so much that I was stepping on the bottom of the curtain while showering.」

「The host didn’t pay his power bill and the power was cut off. This is after I sent him the notice that was on the door. They didn’t have WiFi service until the 5th day. His bathroom threshold was a on inch high wooden board that busted your toe at night. They didn’t provide basic supplies like dish washing liquid or coffee supplies . When I I reported this to VRBO and checked out early. The host text me he was part of a business group in the area and he said I would never be able to rent a place...
