「フロントが開いている時間に到着できなかったためサービスの水が受け取れなかった。 翌日チェックアウト時にいただきましたが、部屋に置いてもらえれば良かったのにと思います。」

「Entire floor of a beautiful home in a wonderful region of Switzerland very close to St Gallen and the Alps. House is immaculate and hosts are very nice with great recommendations」

「The staff at the front desk were terribly Friendly- MS REBECCA, KUSEY (hope I got it right) and the very lovely GM of the hotel. She offered my husband the local beer which was a very kind gesture. We were surprised at the respectfulness, friendliness and everything that you can ask from a front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bacon.」

「Couldn't have been better or cleaner or easier to manage! And laundry was free! In a country where things are so expensive relative to home, this was a nice gift. Would stay here again a hundred times over. They were super responsive and helpful with every question I have. Great location to boot!」

「Ich habe im Voraus online alles ausgefüllt für den Check-in zum Zeit sparen am Check-in Gerät. Leider war alles gelöscht und ich musste von mir beiden Gäste alles erneut eingeben. Braucht einige Zeit dafür. Als ich ankam waren alle Parkplätze besetzt. Auch das vor meiner Unterkunft. Das darf nicht passieren! Als Tipp, neben Kafeemaschiene hat es einzelne Kaffeekapseln umd Rahm. Leider war der Rahm seit 5 Monate abgelaufen.」
