「It’s even cuter in person! One of the best vacation rentals I have stayed at so far. Super comfy beds!!!! Had everything we needed and the host was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!」

「This is an old home so the floors were not new. The washer and dryer are in the basement with steep stairs. If you are ok with those few things then you’ll enjoy your stay. It is well stocked with all your needs, has a comfortable bed and a fenced back yard if you have dogs. Nicely furnished and decorated!」

「It was a wonderful treat to stay in this clean and comfortable updated space in an historic home near downtown Sioux Falls. It’s within walking distance to a nearby church, the historical home district, restaurants and even the Falls and the riverwalk. Nice touch was a coffee pot and fresh coffee to drink, plus a couple of water bottles on the bed. I liked the touch of the hand crocheted afghan on the bed. We would definitely recommend this rental property!」

「Easy parking, access. Exactly what I was looking interior wise.」

「The property was very clean and comfortable. The only surprise is that the bathroom is attached to the small bedroom and you must walk through the small bedroom to go to the large bedroom. All other spaces were great. 」

「Had a bad stay. Good--apartment was clean and nice, pet friendlyBad---It is a duplex and the entry smelled strongly of dog. My car was parked on the road in front of it (where they said) and it got robbed during the night. They refused to reimburse me for the 2nd night even though I had to get a hotel because my daughter was terrified to stay there. There is a camera looking out the door towards the street and they have not given me the footage.」

「This was such a fun place to stay with easy accessibility & check in. We were also within walking distance to many food options. What a charming stay, thank you!」

「Ease of booking and the stay.」
