「Anaxo Resort isn’t super easy to get to but it is well worth the effort. It’s not hard to get to really, the road is a little narrow and windy but manageable It is a gorgeous place. The rooms are equipped with a small kitchen and the beds and showers are super comfy. The staff is great - super friendly and helpful. The pool and the bar are fantastic. 」

Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders genossen haben wir den Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die Mani, den schönen Außenbereich und die Besuche einer besonders lieben Katze. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Street parking is a bit challenging, but possible and took about 5-10 min to find a parking spot. About 10 min walk from city center one way or marina other way. 5 min walk to supermarket. 」

Zur Straße hin sieht es so aus, als hätte das Haus nur eine Etage, es hat aber zwei, wie sich herausstellt (Hanglage halt). 「Thoroughly recommended. A really comfortable place with a great - and big - pool and huge verandas in each room. Looks pretty new and everything is in very smart condition and rooms very well equipped. Methoni castle and town are a pleasant 25 minutes walk (or 5 minute drive) through countryside and then along the sea shore. There are plenty of good restaurants in Methoni and the hotel gave us very good recommendations. 」

「Nina and her family are excellent hosts and the property is well set up and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would suggest having a car however as public transport is very limited and there are no ubers etc. Thankyou Nina you made us feel very welcome」

「Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Wasser im Bad. Es gab in 8 Tagen nur an zweien problemlos Wasser. Die Argentur war nicht hilfreich. Wir haben herausgefunden, dass die Wasserpumpe nur läuft, wenn in der Küche Wasser läuft -> Wir haben geduscht während in der Küche das Wasser lief. Lage: Abseits Ausstattung: kein Besen, kein Geschirrtuch, kein Salz ... - spartanisch Pool = Biotop. Vielleicht weil wir Anfang Mai da waren. Nur eine grüne Pfütze mit viel Leben drinnen. Müll: nächste Mülltonne 2km ->...

「Everything about the property was lovely. It was clean and very comfortable. The welcome was excellent and the views from the property were lovely. However, sadly the fact that outside the entrance to our room were approximately 6 cats so we couldn’t leave the door open for fresh air. Such a shame as we were very happy with the accommodation.」
