「とにかく清潔。本格的なキッチンは強力換気扇でにおいも心配なし。収納も豊富でセキュリティ付きWi-Fiが有難い。スタッフ親切。坂道ながら駅からも普通に歩ける距離。気になったのはベッドが柔らかくて腰に負担があったこと。リフトの故障は事故なのでしょうがない。」

「Here is perfect for the Beatles tribute bands at International Beatle Week. It's very convenient to go to the concert places like Cavern Club. The laundry machine is very nice. I did wash the cloths every day. There are many super markets around the hotel. I could buy many kinds of food there.The kitchen is neat and clean. The bath room is nice also. The security system works well.」

「The apartment was nice and in a great location. I picked this apartment because the listing said that it had limited on site parking which is one of the two requirements I was looking for when booking. In the confirmation booking email they said there was no onsite parking and recommended Q Park. So I used the link that was provided and booked through Q park only to discover later on when checking in that there was actually a closer car park. 「Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds...
