"Booked for a week stay based on good reviews and excellent price. Studio apartment was clean and perfect for our needs. Be aware there is no elevator (we were on the 3rd floor, building at 43). Make sure the front building door closes properly! The staff was very helpful and made us feel welcome. They were so accommodating and friendly! Shops, restaurants, cafes, grocery store, park - all within walking distance (out the front door and around the corner). There is a lot of pedestrian traffic due...

"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"Staff is very friendly and helpful, parking is safe, restaurant and morning buffet were delicious. Rooms were very spacious. Correction to what hotels.com says, there are no hot tubs/jacuzzi’s on site. There is a pool and gym, pretty dated equipment in gym but very usable! Central location to walk the east side of the city. "

"Lovely hotel. Very quiet room. Breakfast is wonderful. Nice rooftop bar with a reasonable choice of meals and lovely views. Very friendly helpful staff who could speak some English which was helpful. 10 minutes walk to the lovely skytower which has amazing views over stunning Santiago. I organised an airport transfer with the hotel a few days before my arrival, and they were punctual and waiting for me with my name on a sign. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay."
