「The hotel was built around 1923, so the layout is from back in the day and pretty interesting. I got the Bluebonnet Room, which is just that - a single small room. No toilet or shower, which are down the hall a few steps. Maybe the suites have those, I'm not sure. The room did have a sink, but the hot water faucet was not working. 「Property was clean but a little outdated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of dining options nearby. would definitely recommend this property. Water was hot and the bed was reasonably comfortable.」

「Older property. Door to the room had large gaps & thus we were concerned about bugs & insects coming in to the room. This also made soundproofing to the outside noise non-existent. The traffic on the busy road was quite loud all night. Front desk attendant was very pleasant. Room was clean. 」

「Room was clean, breakfast is decent. But the lighting in rooms is not good for applying makeup. Even with lights around mirror. The only thing that bugs me is we can never get a 1st floor room even though I always request one in advance. Would be okay if there was an elevator. We stay here twice a year for last 4 or 5 years 」

「Wow! What an amazing property. The entire family enjoyed the mini reunion. The property had a little something for all ages to enjoy. Communication with the property managers was great. We could not have asked for a more perfect place. Everything was gorgeous, the River, the homes, the outdoor kitchen was fabulous and the river was so serene. Will definitely visit again soon.」
