We were treated as if we were criminals. They did not open the mails Expedia had sent so when we arrived our accomodation was not ready because they did not expect guests. "Property, location & staff were very nice. Be careful they don’t force a guide on you though. They tried to force one on me and it was a bit of a nightmare. Made my stay unenjoyable. I think most of the food, including the baked goods were frozen. If you ask for lunch to go, make sure you ask the price first. They wanted to charge me $40 for two cheese sandwiches, some sausages and some cookies. Hotel.com reached out to the owner a few times about another issue and I believe they hang up...

"The management takes their business very seriously. I have absolutely no complaints. Every staff member was out to give U the best service. Breakfast was pretty good too. I would definitely return here on future trips to Mbeya Thank you n well done!!"
