「Another great getaway stay for me and my wife at the Carriage House in Jefferson! It has been many years since our last stay, and this one was just as good as the last. We stayed in the cottage across the street, and enjoyed the seclusion/privacy. As always, the breakfast was amazing! They do such a great job. We also have a great time exploring the many shops in downtown Jefferson.」

「These were some of the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in. The only reason not giving 5 stars is that the single room had a very strong stale cigarette smell (even though non-smoking) on checking in. But, after running the a/c for about an hour, it helped. Beds and linens super comfy. The kitchen has a two-burner stove and nice sized fridge/freezer, but bring your own pots/pans if you are needing this. 「The property was all that you would want to see in a historic home, but with a modern touch. Don’t forget to take the trolley tour, which includes a historic deep dive into the history of this home. The food was excellent in flavor and portion as it was served on an exquisitely preserved table. The garden was beautiful as well! Anyone that comes into town should stay at this bed-and-breakfast because it is only a block from the central downtown area.」

「Ideal in every way. Words can’t describe how this entire set up comes together, picture perfect. The beautiful, clean and comfy cabin. Lots of room for the four legged family members to do plenty of zoomies. Friendly ducks that will lead you to where the food is kept. Gas grill and nice table and chairs under a large cedar pergola.
