「My family of four recently spent four nights here and we were completely satisfied. We found everything to be exactly as advertised and we felt right at home. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. The host always responded quickly when we had any questions and provided us with all of the information we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this house and we will definitely consider it again for our future stays in Athens.」

「We stayed here with a large family group (4 adults, 3 teens, 2 children, and an infant) while attending a family wedding, and overall I’d rate our experience around a 7/10.The positives: communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were proactive, responsive, and transparent when the refrigerator unexpectedly had issues before our arrival. Host was open to hearing from us what accommodations would work best. A mini fridge was provided at check-in, which we appreciated and...

「This unit is ideal for tailgating weekends and easily accessible to the Stadium and Downtown. Easy to get to off the loop as well. I can imagine how much fun the complex must be full of people for game day. We stayed for 4 nights during the summer for a camp my daughter was doing at UGA. It was super easy to get around and easy location. Super convenient to a ton of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It is an older complex not a lot of daylight in the unit, so if you are planning on staying in,...
