「The mother was helpful when the code to enter the room wasn't working. I tried calling but didn't get an answer so I sent a message on the website and finally received a response 1hr 15mins later but the mother helped us.」

「Property was as advertised. We had a good time once we were able to get onto the property. The notes on the VRBO system regarding property access were outdated. We had to call VRBO customer service to help us get into the property. After about 45 minutes sitting at the gate we were finally able to get in contact with the host who gave us the updated gate code. 」
