「The apartment was spacious but quite old and dirty especially the bathroom and kitchen. The trash can had some weird smell. Quite noisy as it was close to the streets. Plenty of parking. Owner was quick to reply my messages and communication was smooth. 」

「LBSが手掛ける不動産物件、周りは戸建も建設されていて、観光というよりは現地で住む人のためのアパートメント。実際にマンションに住む人はまだ多くないようで、人が疎らで閑散とした場所でした。部屋は広く、 キッチンもありましたが、料理するにはキッチン用品が足りないし、食事はタナラタかブリンチャンまで行くか、一階のテナント店舗に行くか、コンビニで買うか。車があれば良かったと思います。マレーシアの住まい事情を知ることができた、貴重な滞在でした。 不動産投資して貸し手として宿泊先を提供する人や事業者が増えているのは知っているので、今後はこういう物件も選択肢になることもわかりました。家族で滞在であれば広さ的にも良さそうですね。でも、キャメロンハイランドの印象はなかったです。」

「我們是家庭旅遊，8個人4個臥室，有3間衛浴設備。房間、客廳的空間寬敞，廚房設備齊全。 但是，在晚上20～17度C，稍寒冷的金馬崙，熱水不熱～ 隔音非常槽糕，其他房客在走廊的聊天聲穿透房間～ 電視只有3個頻道，而且畫質不是很好～ 網路很難連上，連上後速度很慢，我們居住的樓層沒有網路，必須連接其他樓層靠近我們房間的網路⋯⋯⋯ 馬桶座墊很黑、馬桶的冲水壞了⋯⋯ 洗手槽漏水很慢⋯⋯ 吹風機只有一個⋯ 沒有浴巾、擦腳布、衣架不足⋯⋯！ 地下室停車場的出入通道很窄，很容易車子會擦撞到牆壁⋯」

「The property itself was filled with hundreds of Ants when we arrived; on the floor and on the table. The mattresses were broken; springs popped through the mattress fabric. The bed sheets and pillow cases looked and smelled like they haven't been changed for a while. The bathrooms were dirty with broken accessories jutting out dangerously on the sink wall.
