「Staff was great! Due to us having to check out early the complaints that we have are: the sink had a slow drain and kept stopping up, the heat would not get regulated, and the knob for the tub came off. We have pics for review.」

「Great room!」

「Very clean」

「We had a horrible experience and would never return or recommend this place to anyone. As soon as we entered our room, we discovered that the refrigerator was leaking and there was a pool of water on the floor. Although they came and replaced the refrigerator, the experience got even worse. When we returned to our room, we found bugs crawling all over our food and inside our food containers. 「Hotel was okay for passing through. It was clean, but the towel rack was broken a bit and a few screws were on the floor from the tub. It was pretty basic, but served it's purpose.」

「No coffee in the rooms no more. Went to lobby, no coffee. Breakfast, well not much biscuits and watery gravy, just plain, no sausage. Filled out coffee cups up, but our creamer in and took a sip,,STONE COLD😡The wife had to climb stairs to get a bucket of ice. We're both seniors, we don't do stairs no more. Carpet was dirty, stained both in room and hallway. We didn't check out the pool」

「The breakfast was limited, they didn’t even have water available. TV remote didn’t work, curtains in the room were torn. Will not be staying there again」

「Very clean and quite ,will be staying hear again , next time passing thru.」

「Breakfast was not available neither was the pool however the lady at the lobby did wash my personal laundry for me for a very small fee and she did a fantastic job」

「The property was located a couple of blocks off a major throughfare. For a traveler on a budget, this made finding moderately priced essential very easy and convenient. We had to make a last-minute change. The property owner was very accommodating. The property was everything it was advertised to be. The property was a great value. 」

「This ARBNB was one of the nicest place we have ever stayed at. It has all of the comforts of home. Spacious, nice quiet area, nice size rooms and most importantly an accommodating host, I would recommend it highly to others. Whenever I return to Arkansas I hope I am able with her again.」

「It was nice. I would suggest having mirrors in every room and definitely all bathrooms..」
