「到着時刻が遅かったにもかかわらず、笑顔で対応していただきました。 また、晩御飯について相談した時にも、適切な助言をしてくれました。 併設されたレストランの朝ごはんがとてもおいしかったです。 受付のサービスは良く、ホテルをよくしたいという意気込みが感じられました。 チェックアウトの際に『不満点はありましたか？』と聞かれたので、 ホテルをよくすることに貢献できればと思い、すこし改善点をお話ししました。 部屋にドライヤーが無くても、受付に行けば貸してくれます。 初めて訪れた国で、心細かったですが、皆さん優しく対応してくれたので、とても助かりました。 思い出に残りました。」

「We had to change room during our stay and the personal had no compassion for this inconvinience. Also the staff at the hotel played really loud personal music everywhere at the hotel. The room, specially the bathroom was not clean. Would not recommand anybody to stay at this hotel.」
