「Comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and well appointed home.」

「Pros: Very spacious and location is great! Kitchen is well stocked with all amenities. Communication with host was wonderful. Cons: There is a lack of TV's and the area there is one is not comfortable and awkward. No TV's in bedrooms except the kids room which has the gaming system hooked up. Beware if you are there on a Monday night you are responsible to take all garbage cans to curb from the previous renters. The amount of garbage we moved consisted of 3 overflowing cans, bags pilled up...

「The house was perfect! Our stay was during Christmas and we didn’t spend too much time there except to cook some of Christmas dinner in the kitchen and sleep. Neighborhood was nice and quiet too. 」

「Great communication with the host. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and there was a generous supply of towels in the bathroom. This is a great location for walking to restaurants and the riverwalk. Highly recommend.」

「The house was clean and neat, inside and outside. However, the photos and description did not accurately portray the neighborhood. We never felt unsafe or concerned, but the neighborhood was not as "nice" as implied. I would stay there again, but with different expectations. Things that would make this property and experience better: 1) Really need to repair/replace the exhaust fan in the hall bathroom. 「Place was exactly as advertised, clean and a perfect spot for a visit to Columbia. While I was alone, if I had a partner with me would have worked just as well. Was right off of the riverwalk and west end restaurants. Would definitely stay hear again. 」
