「3名で3室予約したが、2名は氏名と部屋を間違えて(入れ替わって)キーを渡された。1名には部屋にいた夜10:30に、ルームキーで見知らぬ男が入ってきた。男はびっくりして出ていった。フロントの致命的なミス。それを除けばまずまずのホテル。5月にもこのホテルに宿泊したが、そんなことはなかった。」

「Amenities other than the pool were none working. Had to keep asking office to fix amenities. Rooms needed better cleaning. Breakfast was very limited offering. Would not stay here again.」

「I actually checked in early and yes it quick. Host was there practically before I could shut the door to make sure the unit was ready. A couple of minor things were not there like a hair dryer and wash clothes but I made do. I'm not a stickler or fussy. 」

「Carlos made for an easy time with check in and check out! He was very accommodating of our party and early check in needs. Everything was great to host a large party for a wedding weekend! We would book it again!」

「We arrived late, at midnight. The code was not working and we called the number. The person on the other line was patient and extremely helpful. They helped us with the code and process with absolutely no irritation at all. We had a restful sleep and were out early in the morning. The property was clean, amenities were great and absolutely would stay again. Amazing customer service and great rental. Thank you!」

「The house was just what we needed. The outdoor amenities were fabulous and so family friendly. What stood out to me was that the house smelled good and clean when we opened the door with a nice note and chocolates welcoming us. All of the necessary items were available to us along with games for the kids and precious Christmas lights in the yard. More than anything, I appreciate the availability of Marisol, the owner.
