「Staff was great and friendly! Enjoyed our stay.」

「Overall, the property served me well for a 4 day stay. I found the bed quite uncomfortable and mentioned it to the staff when leaving. I was informed they are slowly switching out the mattresses with new and my room had an older mattress. Although the property is quite tired, the staff were very responsive and helpful. The morning free breakfast was not very good, so I opted out after checking it out my first morning there. I did not utilize the pool or laundry so cannot comment on them. In...

「The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The biggest issue is that the building is very old, and needs repairs. The first room we were given didn't have a working AC. The second room had an amazing AC, but no blankets. Just the cover and sheets. My husband was fine, I was freezing. Rates were reasonable, and I am grateful, as it was a last minute trip.」

「The lady at the desk was rude. I couldn’t hardly understand her. And she kept saying the same thing over and over. Then I initialed the paper and she stated that I didn’t do it right. I told her last, my initials are LL and they do look like check marks. But they are the way I sign my initials. She then gave me one key and told me for the 5 th time, when I checked out pick the key in the bowl. I think more education and make English would help.」

「The hotel was clean but smelled musty the bedding was only a top sheet and blanket just like a sheet . No coffee pot blow dryer little packet of shampoo and conditioner for only I person and pillows very flat and little only two on each bed . Very loud people above us and people outside hot rodding . Their was only one regular towel a hand towel and one wash rag they where old and thin . Two beds accommodating for two people yes but not linen or towel for two people . Never will go there again...

「Cabin is small and cozy, just what we wanted, so peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed watching the horses and goats every morning and night when they visited the cabin. Took long walks around the property taking in the wildlife and beautiful landscape. Hostess was so nice and friendly, she gave us a tour of her beautiful property. Great place for a few days of rest and relaxation.」

「Check in was easy. No issues. My guys arrived and ac was out. Water was scorching hot w/ no cold water available so they couldn't shower. I contacted them at 11 with no response until 4:30. I had already booked another cabin as I cannot wait for these issues to be fixed while renting and expecting these services. I asked for a refund but was denied. She said I didn't give her time to fix the issues.」

「This place was wonderful! There were so many touches all over that made it clear they have thought hard about how to make a nice stay for their guests. My mobility limited parents loved the spaciousness as there was room to move (or turn around) with a cane or walker in the bedroom and bathroom. (Note: there are only stairs into the house but we knew that ahead of time and made it work without problem). Having stayed at most of the hotels in Lampasas with mixed and not glowing experiences this...

「We loved our stay what an awesome place. Great people enjoyed visiting with John. He mowed a path for us to walk the property down to the river. Lots of interesting wildlife and great scenery. And you’re not far from the state park. We will be doing it again. Kyle and Gloria」
