Me dió muchísimo...

「Good place to stay」

「Worst staff and experience on a multi-month journey with over a hundred different stays. The staff were rude and uncommunicative. No internet. The place was not adequately equipped. It was 90 degrees inside without a fan in summer and we could not sleep. Beds uncomfortable. The kitchen lacked basics. No dish soap and they require you to clean the dishes?! We had booked four nights with Expedia but realized how bad it was on the first night. The office was closed all day except a couple hours in...

「Logement de qualité. Chambre propre. Personnel professionnel.

「Great location. Lovely French balcony overlooking street. Small but very well laid out room with very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay there again when I visit the lovely town of Jaca again.」

「used a few times before so would recommend this hotel. Good location and we used a free car park several minutes walk away. Staff very friendly & helpful. Room was a nice size & clean, overlooking the street below although, in my opinion it would benefit from a little tlc. . We watched a fiesta parade from the open windows last time we stayed. Buffet breakfast was very enjoyable with a nice fresh selection. First time we stayed a couple of years ago we had a lovely evening meal & wine which was...

「We arrived at 5pm, there were no staff at reception, we finally managed to contact a young lady who after booking us in told us there were no dining facilities. The kitchen had been out of commission for weeks. We asked why we had not been informed, she said that she had been given specific instructions by the director Jose Canto, not to warn guests in advance of the problems. There were only three members of staff on the premises who were unable to offer any of the facilities advertised. As...

「Kleine kamers maar verder alles top. Gastvrije ontvangst」
