「Communication with the host was excellent and friendly. The views from bedrooms, living room, and hot tub are stunning. Everything in the home is nice quality and up to date. Comfortable seating and sleeping. Could not have asked for a better place to stay for skiing at Le Massif de Charlevoix and snowmobiling. Just 5 to 10 min to downtown BSP, so very convenient.」

「We had a very good stay overall and would rate the property 4/5. The home was clean, well-organized, and clearly well-maintained. The management company runs things well, and communication was smooth.A couple of areas could be improved. The hot tub was a nice feature, but it could have been better maintained; it never felt as clean as expected despite the available chemicals. We also had heavy snowfall and had to shovel around it to access the lid, so a bit more hands-on oversight would have...
