「This is a fabulous hotel in a medieval settings. Not all staff speak English but their enthusiasm and service will make up for any lack of English. The spa in the basement is fantastic and so is the food. I am already back for a second stay. 」

「Really pleasant hotel. Very nice staff. Clean, comfy bed and nice pillows. Wifi worked well. McDonalds, supermarkets and other shopping within a coue minutes walk. I was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, but after sitting on a plane for hours, I'm happy to get my exercise doing stairs with my bags! I've stayed here previously and will stay again when the opportunity comes up. Two thumbs up! :-)」

「We picked this hotel for the Aqua park and swimming pool as we had a 6 year old child. In hotel pictures, hotel shows as everything is almost in the hotel which are not. Everything is in a short walk distance but NOT within the hotel. It was a bit misleading -you can see they have a small note saying aqua park is 9 minutes away or something. They shouldn't put the other pictures which are not within the hotel. And no kitchen in the hotel, for breakfast you need to go to shopping centre's bowling...

「It is a nice hotel. Be sure that you are aware that the pool that is advertised is not in the hotel. It’s in another building, you will have to pay to get in, and you need to wear a cap on your head while swimming. They have caps available but they are expensive. 」

「A lovely couples` retreat. We stay for one night and went "all out" in terms of spa treatments and dinner and you name it. I found it to be well worth the $. Even in mid-winter. 」
