「ROOM GREAT BUT VERY SMALL & COMPACT AS WAS THE BATHROOM. GREAT LOCATION AND VERY PRETTY. ATE IN THE BAR AND FOOD WAS NOT THAT HOT AS PREPARED ELSE WHERE. TASTE AND FLAVOUR WERE GOOD THOUGH. DIDN'T TELL US KITCHEN WAS CLOSING SO WHEN WE ORDERED A DESERT COULD NOT GET ONE. MOTS PLACES COME AND ASK DURING THE MEAL IF THIS IS THE CASE. A GREAT PLACE TO STAY STILL ON A LONG TRIP.」

「A very peaceful stay in a lovely location 」

「Nice hotel and interesting rooms but is getting a bit old. But everything clean」

「We had an amazing stay at The Fernery. What makes this place amazing is the surroundings - overlooking the gorge and forest is nothing short of spectacular. The hot tubs and jacuzzis were incredible and we also made use of the spa which was wonderful too. The ladies there are fantastic. We thought the restaurant food was excellent and the staff serving there are great too.」

「Experiência muito bacana. Ao chegar vimos muitos macacos e eles estao sempre presentes por lá. O café da manhã é ótimo, bem servido. O quarto limpo e confortável.」

「We loved our stay here, sadly it wasn’t for longer. A truly exceptional property, so spacious and nicely finished and beautiful. Andre was great at communicating with us and check in was easy. Had everything we need. A beautiful and peaceful accommodation and would love to stay here again.」

「We stayed with our family for 3 days. The property was very spacious, the kitchen very well equipped. And we really appreciated the Nespresso machine and coffee pods! There are 2 showers with really good water pressure and hot water. The beds are really comfortable and the electric heating blankets were much appreciated. What a good attention. Thando, the caretaker was very available. We didn’t use the pool because of the weather. Everything is close by, the garden is wonderful. It can get old...

「bizarre… maison transformée en bunker avec grille à chaque fenêtre… ambiance bizarre et décoration à revoir… maintenant pour dormir une seule nuit, c était opérationnel et propre. mais aucune envie d y passer plus de temps」
