「Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!」

「Ya」

「Hall & Rooms were clean and good. Fully air-conditioning. Shopping mall is just next door and convenient. Wash Rooms were neat. However, water pressure a bit low for bath. Overall neat and clean.」
