「きれいだった」

「Having own laundry service was perfect! Room was quiet even while being on a main road. Pool was perfect, we utilised the steam and sauna rooms. Everything was great!」

「The Good: check in and parking was easy. We checked in late and found the SMS instructions to get the key from the keysafe very clear. Bed linen and towels were clean - which was a relief. Soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner was all fine. The Ugly: bathroom looked clean and could tell it was renovated. However we could tell it wasn't clean - did have marks on tiles that should have come off with a scrub. There was black muck on the shower screen that would come off with bleach. Carpets...

「This apartment was great and has everything you need for a 2 week stay. It’s clean and spacious with all facilities including washing machine and dryer. We also went away for a couple of days without having to worry about our belongings as the building is secure. 」

「There were dead moths throughout the home inside, spiderwebs everywhere, and there was a huge spider inside the house. There was NO iron or ironing board, and the toaster didint work. When i told the Host, they said for me to go buy it myself, whicj coming from another country is a hassle. I asked for some reimbursement and the host denied it saying the property was clean which made no sense because he didnt even once come inspect the property himself. 」

「The property was clean enough and fine for one night, but although there were many beds, there was only one bathroom and toilet. The overall condition of the property was a bit rundown. I'd expected better from the photographs.」
