キナウール地区 ホテル

「Pathetic hotel. Avoid at all costs. Hotel general manager was partying drunk in middle of night with blaring music. I had to call police to get them to stop. Apart from this incident as well, it is very ill maintained hotel with unsupportive staff. No TV, no wifi, no geyser. Everything is broken」

「Don’t waste time at this property」

「Good facilities and cooperative staff. Well managed and best in this area 」

「The property was at good location. The rooms were clean and spacious. The complementary breakfast was good. The service was little lacking. Had asked for extra towel and pillow which we didn't receive after 2 reminders. Overall good experience.」

「Not clean. Good view and location.」

「The owner refused to provide accommodation stating that he did not have any information on booking of the accommodation. We had to search accommodation elsewhere. In this process our driver was panalised for helping us because he had to park the car in no parking zone.」
