「Check in went poorly as there was some confusion regarding a change in meal options. Then the room we were put in had a leaky A/C unit so we were moved to another room which we then had problems with the door lock. I have to say that with all of these minor problems they were rectified very quickly. I was surprised to find there was no refrigerator in the rooms but I should have checked the facilities provided. I dont know why they provide a tv when there in nothing you can watch on it and not...

「Kobe Suite is a nice smaller hotel, with two great pools. Limited lounge chairs around the pool area. Restaurant on site for lunch and supper was okay, one night I found a live bug in the olive they acted quickly to resolve the issue. Breakfast buffet is nice. Overall we would stay again if needed 」

「This is not 5 star property , and is not priced like one. There is no swimmable maintained beach around, ocean water is dirty. Food is ok but nothing special. Rooms are clean, watched out for lizards. Pools are busy, ants are everywhere around 」

Without that help he would not have recovered fast enough to make our flight. The staff was so concerned and let us stay in our room past our checkout time without charging us for an extra day.
