Great staff and property

Situated amidst the lush tropical forests of Kerala's western high ranges, the hotel is at an altitude of around 3500 ft. Weather is pleasant with occasional drizzle and turns refreshingly chilly in the afternoons accompanied by mists that envelop both the hotel and its surroundings. Named aptly as "Scenic," the property offers breathtaking views of mountains and valleys, with mornings serenaded by the chirping of birds. There is a yoga deck, pool, and spa, where traditional Ayurvedic...

I had an incredible experience at Cranganor History Cafe Riverside Chateau—the riverside setting was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a sense of peace and quiet. The freshly prepared food was outstanding, the rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Nice location

Great service

Well maintained grounds, beautiful gardens and paths and the construction is fashioned as traditional Kerala home villas. This is a must stay property. Food was good and they have lots of activities for the families. The staff is pleasant but not uniformly friendly and not everyone is attentive as other places. I feel they could work on this piece. It seemed some were not happy working at the property and were just getting by. All that being said, I would return to this resort and wish I could...

I had a great experience staying at this hotel and stay were very attentive and kind, loved my stay

Nice rooms with a view. Clean, well maintained, great staff. Peaceful well spaced cabins. Cons: candle light dinner was a rip off. For INR 3500 you get a poolside buffet with just OK food. You sit in the dark among many other tables. 0/10 for ambience and 6/10 for the food.

The Taj in Wayanad is probably the best resort we’ve stayed at in Kerala. It’s a great location on the Banasura Lake, and serves as a good home base for other locations in the district, including waterfalls and wildlife reserves. The food was spectacular, especially the buffet in the mornings. The traditional Kerala dishes like appam and dosa at the live counter never disappointed. The live flutist who always played added a fantastic ambience. The bar on the third floor has the most fantastic...

Very nice upscale property with nice restaurant. Slightly outside busy urban areas. Ample free parking on-site. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff is courteous. Breakfast and dinner menu include local and other regional dishes. Nice pastries. Staff actually made a farewell cake for us. Restaurant staff was very courteous and attentive. I didn't use the pool and poolside bar and grill, but looks nice. I used their banquet service for arranging a family gathering. Staff was very organized...

From the minute we entered the hotel we were in love. The hotel is beautiful the staff is professional and extremely attentive. The hotel is in a great location and all the amenities are state of the art. I rarely write reviews but I so pleased with my stay I told myself I will write one to assist others looking for a hotel in Kochi to stay in. Take my word book this hotel you will not regret it. We were there for our wedding anniversary and the staff had some lovely surprises waiting for us....

Excellent experience, right from the moment we reached there. Every single staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to assist us. The resort is beautiful, with access to a private beach which is clean. The restaurants are very good, with friendly and courteous staff. Housekeeping staff came to see if we needed anything and noticed we had a little toddler with us. They brought a bunch of balloons for her in 5 minutes. Needless to say, my daughter was very thrilled. I will revisit...

On may 26th, we wete supposed to ck in at 3pm, but after a simple request, they accomodated us at 9am with a charge ofcourse. That was awesome. The staff at the front desk, Mr. Nizam ( operations manager ), the restaurant staff, Ajit & Manish went above & beyond their duties to make sure we are doing good & comfy. Vivanta is truly blessed to have these beautiful people as their staff. They need help, please see they get the help. Thank you for a very comfy stay. I have only 1 gripe. Your TV...

The Blanket hotel has excellent staff. It is a boutique hotel but has all the amenities you need. They also provide lots of additional services such as yoga, nature walk, cooking demos and so on. The pool is also beautiful. The location next to the waterfall makes it magical. The other guests don’t follow rules much when it comes to use of the pool in proper attire. The staff of the hotel should be commended for their professionalism and positive attitude. Kudos to their floor manager and all...
