「Stayed at Cabin Kai 4 (Dec 26–30, 2025). Affordable and located in a beautiful, peaceful area with free parking, water, and Wi-Fi (weak). Major concern: No window coverings for the floor-to-ceiling bathtub window or windows above the bed and coffee bar, resulting in serious privacy issues while bathing and sleeping. This was very uncomfortable. Remote location (45 minutes from Hilo); a car is required. No cellphone reception. No nearby restaurants or shops. Towels were not very clean, and...
