「Very well run」

「This is a beautiful property. Plenty of room to accommodate our eleven adults and one grandchild. The pool and hot tub got a lot of use through the week. Both were clean and well maintained. Deck space was plenty for our group to spread out. Great ocean view and nice, clean beach. The two kitchens was a nice plus (especially the two refrigerators- one for food, one for beverages. Would happily stay here again. 」

「Condo had everything we needed for a great week! Condo was clean and bed was comfortable. Plenty of pillows!!! Location is great. We’ve stay at Ocean Sands for the last 6 years and have never been disappointed in the facilities. Laundry room was clean and well kept. Excellent grounds keeping.」

「We had the most amazing vacation here! The whole place is extremely calming, with a superb pool and hot tub that made it feel like a true getaway. The walk to the beach couldn’t be easier, it’s right on one of the best stretches of beach, and the lookout is so extraordinarily beautiful. One of the highlights was the master bedroom, you can literally see the beach right from the bed, like something straight out of a movie. Everything about this place is spectacular. 「It was a fun experience to stay in such a unique spot. My teen and I enjoyed the kayaks at sunset. And waking up to that view was lovely. Our hosts had a lot of nice touches with the coffee station, snacks and nice bath products. (And while the location is a little unusual, road traffic wasn’t really too bad with the air conditioning on.) it was really cool to stay right on the water in a former fishing cabin, while still being easily able to explore Swansboro, Cedar Point and Emerald Isle. 」
