「I appreciate the hotel contact person being available on both sides of the ferry ride - for someone who is not familiar with the area, the options, especially when there is nothing clearly written on a Board, to have an agent of the Hotel directing was a stress reliever. 」

「Wifiがまずない。しかもエアコンがついているのに、つかない。フロントに確認すると、電気系統が混み合ってどうのこうの。こちらはエアコン込みでの料金を支払っているのに。スタッフが英語がほぼ喋れない。ヒンドゥー語でひたすら説明してくる。 なぜかレビューで高評価になっているが、これはサクラなのではないかと思う。 ここでの滞在はやめたほうがいい。」

「The room was great but it was the service at the restaurant that was rather very disappointing. I mean, the staff sure struggle to understand instructions for the food that is being prepared. Twice I had ordered butter chicken in boneless and instead got served with bones. The dining staff looked confused and were extremely slow with giving out the food to us. We had to wait too long to even get a cup of coffee and it was all disappointing. The prices are a bit off the charts, especially a...

「The staff was quiet friendly but the maintenance as well housekeeping was poor and unbecoming for a well known facility with the history of being a former BNR Hotel. My early stays (three) were very good but this stay at Chanakya would be last for me.」
